Tips to Still Look Good After a Long Flight

For women, how they look matters so much.   Even during a travel, they see to it that they have toiletries and a kit for retouching in order to appear good and feel fresh all the time. Even there is lack of sleep, no one wants to look stressed and unpleasant upon stepping off the plane. Below are some tips for women to still look fresh even after a long plane travel.

Choose the best clothes  to wear. During a long flight, your clothes matter.  You should choose comfortable attire and something that does not wrinkle easily.  it should be paired with comfortable shoes too.

Keep your face glowing.  Just apply a light make-up before the flight, so that you can do a retouch before the plane landed. See to it that you include a hydrating cream, blush on, lip gloss and  eyeliner. Using them can give you a natural, fresh and bright look.  Carry an eye drops as well, so that you look like you got enough sleep.

Fix your hair.  It is your crown so make sure that it is not messed up upon landing. You can use something to make it puffier, then fix and style it as you usually do.

Be careful with what you eat and drink.  Stay hydrated by drinking lots of water.  Stay away from alcohol, caffeine and carbonated drinks.  You should also refrain eating salty foods and gas-producing foods.  They may cause bloating, discomfort and water retention.

Get some sleep. If that is a long flight, try your best to sleep and rest. That will add some  glow on your face.

Try to beat the jet lag.  If you will be in another part of the world with a different time zone, the tendency is that your body will find it difficult to adjust.  One of its results is having to cope with jet lag that may cause stress.  When you arrive, the tendency is that you will automatically look for rest and sleep.  Try to resist it so that you will sleep during the night and learn to adjust to the new time zone.
