retouch before the plane landed. See to it that you include a hydrating

you look like you got enough sleep.
Fix your hair. It
is your crown so make sure that it is not messed up upon landing. You
can use something to make it puffier, then fix and style it as you
usually do.
Be careful with what you eat and drink. Stay
hydrated by drinking lots of water. Stay away from alcohol, caffeine
and carbonated drinks. You should also refrain eating salty foods and
gas-producing foods. They may cause bloating, discomfort and
water retention.
Get some sleep. If that is a long flight, try your best to sleep and rest. That will add some glow on your face.
Try to beat the jet lag.
If you will be in another part of the world with a different time zone,
the tendency is that your body will find it difficult to adjust. One
of its results is having to cope with jet lag that may cause stress.
When you arrive, the tendency is that you will automatically look for
rest and sleep. Try to resist it so that you will sleep during the
night and learn to adjust to the new time zone.
